The Whiteplains Homeowners and the Whiteplains Homeowners Association had a scheduled, called meeting on January 21, 2002 at the Wings and Pizza Restaurant on Highway 378 across from the Lake Murray Baptist Church. The meeting started about 7:00 p.m. with most attendees having dinner.

The scheduled purpose of the meeting was to elect year 2002 Whiteplains Homeowners Association board members.

The Election was held by secret ballot with three votes per property for three candidates with room for write-in candidates.

The election yielded the election of the following Homeowners to the Board of Directors:

Dennis Perry

Todd Shirey

Terry Yon

Niel Bonacom

Several other property owners received one, two, or three votes.

The meeting was adjourned about 8:40 p.m.
