Whiteplains plantation board of directors meeting

Dennis Perry called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.

• There was a discussion about neighborhood notices for board meetings.

Treasurers report by John Gardner-board OKed fund "A" report. Discussion of Sealmaster purchase by Lee VanWormer from fund "B". Board OKed fund "B" report. Fund "C" reports interest.

Discussion of HOA fees: HOA fees become past due on March 3I, 2003. 1 ST, AND 1/2

Process calls for late charge to be added on April % interest charged at end of April. The board decided that property owners on active military status may defer payment until return, with no penalties or late charges.

Legal report by Niel Bonacum-short report on status of Fred Burns action.

Entrance committee report-Rich Mochak not present. No report.

Newsletter coordinator report by Bill Como-bill requested help gathering newsworthy items for publication.

Pilots Association report – Lee VanWormer not present. No report.

Discussion on AVGAS usage survey. Discussion of size of tank needed, will submit ideas to lee VanWormer for research. Discussion of " spending authorization procedure" for pilots association as submitted by Lee VanWormer-work session to be scheduled to discuss this item with full board present.

Discussion of letter to homeowners concerning lot maintenance letter followed. The letter is to be rewritten in "softer" language for pass to homeowners. Vicky to do.
